Meet the Team

Melinda Bostic
mother/owner
I am a mother of twin daughters and a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill (undergraduate) and Strayer University (graduate). I am a retired educator after 28 years of teaching and 4 years of serving as an instructional coach. I have always had a passion for creating things with my hands. I'm also passionate about my relationship with God. Ecclesiastes, chapter 3 is one of my favorite chapters in the Bible that I read and reflect on often. I envisioned EBCC many years ago as a way to spread love while doing something I really enjoy.
Mekaila Bostic
daughter/content creator
I am currently a young adult with a passion for all things Jesus, music, and mental health advocacy. In May of 2021, I graduated from The University of North Carolina in Greensboro with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Communications Studies. I have recently finished my first year of graduate school at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where I am currently pursuing my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with my research surrounding young women who have been diagnosed with ADHD. My passion and love for mental health advocacy stems from my heart and desire for helping others heal, while also being fueled by personal experiences. Ultimately, I desire to use whatever path Jesus leads me down to change lives and heal souls through the lens of Jesus, music, and mental health advocacy.
Our Mission
We are more than just a crafting business. We are a ministry in action. Ecclesiastes 3:11 says God made everything beautiful in His time. Our mission is to uplift our supporters (you) with love and kindness, giving each of you a reason to smile. Just as God did when he formed us, we pay attention to each detail when creating each product. This is our way of reminding you that you are wonderfully made and everything about you is beautiful!
We are a mother daughter duo striving to put smiles on faces with beautiful hand crafted products.
